British radio-app makers All In Media sold to tech company

UK: All In Media, the makers of mobile apps for a number of radio groups, including Bauer, Radioplayer, Wireless Group, RTÉ Radio, Southern Cross Austereo and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, are being sold, Radio Today reports.

Buyers are DTS Inc, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Tessera Holding Corporation.

All In Media offer services and products across iOS and Android platforms, including custom app development, premium template apps and industry aggregator apps. In addition, AIM offers a broadcast system platform, RAPID, that manages and publishes visual radio services.
