Radiodays Europe is very happy to announce RADIO HACK EUROPE, it’s very first open radio hackathon in cooperation with Media Lab Bayern, the BLM and Lokalrundfunktage. 60 participants and coaches will be working on the future of radio by creating, refining and developing ideas and technologies in this 48h-event (17th -19th March) from Friday evening till Sunday evening.

As for any industry innovation has become the key factor for success and development. To thrive in the era of digital transformation of media radio has the chance to reinvent itself and we want to create an opportunity for
that.

An international jury will evaluate the resulting hack pitches. The winners will be presented on the main stage of RadioDays 2017.

If you or your station wants to be a part in developing the future of radio you can apply to participate in the RADIO HACK EUROPE right here. Participation is free of charge!

We are not overstating this but with the Volkshotel in Amsterdam we have found the perfect venue for a hackathon. This former newspaper building is known in the city for its easy-going vibe, extravagant interior and the best Wi-Fi in Amsterdam!
